Key Party 2025

You’re invited to unlock stable housing for unhoused neighbors in your community. 

The Key Party is an annual celebration of our unique approach to solving homelessness and the lives we’ve changed together to date. This event reflects the innovative and collaborative nature of the organization. Local thought leaders with political, media, real estate, banking, and philanthropic backgrounds will be in attendance, as will the residents we’ve housed. This year, we are also proud to host guest speaker Dr. Gregg Colburn, housing scholar, author, and professor. Thought-provoking conversation, intimate connection, and moments of much-needed hope define these two events, held in our pilot cities of Raleigh & Charlotte this fall.

Why attend?

Lotus Campaign increases the availability of housing for people experiencing homelessness by engaging the for-profit sector as a partner in the solution. We overcome barriers to market-rate housing for people who can’t meet landlord requirements, such as rental histories, background and credit checks and references. Landlords make no financial concessions because Lotus covers landlord risks, and we do it for only $1,200 per sponsored resident. The Key Party is the singular annual fundraiser that supports this critical work. All funds go to support people experiencing homelessness who are ready to enter our program and the expansion of our model into new cities needing a solution like ours.
